The app
Which devices does TicketStay run on?
TicketStay is available on the App Store for iPhone (iOS 26 or later), iPad (iPadOS 26 or later) and Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 26 or later).
Is TicketStay free?
Yes, TicketStay is a free download on the App Store.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The first time you open the app, you create a local account, on your device only: a name, an optional email and a four-digit PIN. Nothing is registered on a server.
The website's My account page is an upcoming option to view your season on a computer. You don't need it to use the app.
Which sports and leagues are available?
Six sports, 23 leagues and more than 460 teams are already listed, from pro to junior. See the list of leagues.
My league isn't on the list. What can I do?
Create a custom league in the app, in any sport. You can also suggest a league to us on the Discord.
Can I track several season tickets?
Yes, as many as you like, in as many sports. Pick a favourite team: it's the one that opens at launch.
Using the app
How do I import my game schedule?
Import your games from a CSV or XML file, or add them one at a time. Each seat then gets its status: for sale, sold, given away, used or to assign.
How is the suggested price calculated?
TicketStay suggests a price per ticket and per pair based on your own sales and what your season tickets cost. You can still adjust it in listing mode.
How do I know who still owes me money?
The buyer book shows who bought what and who still owes you. A button lets you send them a text reminder in one tap.
Are AI-drafted messages sent over the internet?
No. The sales message is drafted by your device's built-in AI. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Your data
Where is my data stored?
In the app's private storage, on your device. We never receive, see or keep any of your data. If your device's iCloud backup is on, your data is included in it, under Apple's terms.
I'm switching phones. How do I keep my season?
Use Export my data in the app, then load it on your new device. Your device's iCloud backup, if it's on, also carries the app's data over.
I forgot my PIN. Can you recover it?
How do I delete my data?
In the app's Settings: Erase this team's games or Erase all data. Deleting the app also erases all of its storage. Deletion is immediate and permanent, since we have no copy.
Does TicketStay have ads or trackers?
No. No ads, no analytics, no trackers added by us. The details are in the privacy policy.
Is TicketStay connected to the leagues or ticketing services?
No. TicketStay is an independent app: not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by any league, team or ticketing service.
